Al Awael International Securities was founded in Amman in 2007, with an initial capital of JD 7 million, for the purpose of providing the local, and eventually regional, market with specialized investment services. The founders of Al Awael have been key players in the realms of investment and corporate finance in Jordan and the Gulf, particularly the UAE, having left prominent marks as a result of successful work in these countries, which included the management of several IPO’s, raise up capital and 2nd installement payments i.e. Al Khazna Insurance, Emaar, Abu Dhabi Ship Building and Tabreed. The comprehensive hands-on experience that Al Awael’s founders have garnered at senior levels in the investments industry includes a portfolio of successes; a result of a commitment to providing clients with the highest level of service. The founders are also active within the UAE and Saudi Arabian economic markets.
